Stengel's Time Magazine Salary

Washington Times reports that before his job with the State Department, Richard Stengel said he would use layoffs as a way to cut down on newsroom costs when he was managing editor at Time Magazine. However, Washington Times uncovered that Stengel was making a $700,000 salary with a $300,000 bonus. (00:46)
