Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include four-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a deck and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional on some homes.
Inside, each model features three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen; a tray ceiling in the master bedroom; vaulted ceilings in the secondary bedrooms; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; a master bath with a vaulted ceiling, a tub and a separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.
The homes have 1,640 finished square feet, and are base-priced from the mid-$300,000s.
The Benton model features a lower-level entrance to a foyer, which also has a garage entrance. A powder room and finished bonus room are optional.
The main level includes a formal living room, a formal dining room, a powder room, and an open kitchen and breakfast area with a sliding glass door to the deck. Nearby are a pantry and a laundry room.
Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity.
Two more bedrooms share a hall bath.
