Pulte Homes is building 550 town homes and single-family homes at Faircrest in Centreville, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse and walking trails.

Each single-family home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick water table, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature three or four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a gas fireplace, 42-inch oak cabinets and ceramic-tile flooring in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a plumbing rough-in for the basement, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,423 to 3,062 finished square feet, with base prices from $650,900 to $742,900.

The Ashford model, with 2,423 square feet, is priced from $658,900. This home features a front porch, a two-story foyer, a library with a vaulted ceiling, and an open living and dining room.

The central kitchen includes a center island and a breakfast area with a wall of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a coffered ceiling; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity.

Two more bedrooms share a hall bath with a double-sink vanity.
