LAS VEGAS — Nate Robinson scored 19 points to lead the New York Knicks to an 80-71 victory over the Washington Wizards in Vegas Summer League play at Cox Pavilion last night.
Donnell Taylor led the Wizards with 14 points, a day after hitting the winning jump shot with .5 seconds left against the New Orleans Hornets. Gerald Fitch pitched in 12 points, while Andray Blatche had 10 points and seven rebounds.
The Wizards (1-2) are scheduled to play six games in the league made up mostly of first- and second-year players. They play the Golden State Warriors tomorrow afternoon.
