The homes have about 2,000 to 2,400 finished square feet, with base prices from $460,990 to $489,590. Homeowner association fees are $110 per month.

The Lakeland model, with 2,200 square feet, is priced from $481,480 to $489,590. This home features a garage and recreation room on the lower level along with a laundry room and an optional powder room.
