Correction

Because of an error by the Associated Press, The Washington Times yesterday incorrectly reported the name of a Laurel man who is accused of photographing an 8-year-old boy in a restroom at the Arundel Mills mall in Hanover, Md. The man’s name is Andrew Malone Gipson.
