Correction

A story in yesterday’s editions incorrectly reported House Democrats’ rules. The House Democratic Caucus adopted a rule in February 2005 stating that a caucus leader who is indicted must temporarily step aside, and a leader who is convicted must relinquish the post for that Congress.
