SEEN AND HEARD

The Wizards reassigned second-year center Peter John Ramos to the Roanoke Dazzle of the NBA Developmental League.

Ramos could be there a little longer this time around because the Wizards want him to get playing time, and right now he is simply not ready to play at this level.

“He had a lot of fun up here, but he enjoys playing,” Wizards coach Eddie Jordan said of Ramos, who is in the last year of his contract. “He really felt it was the best thing for him to develop, and if he felt that way, it’s fine with us.

“Coming up here, the objective was to get him some experience, and now he’s going back to the D-League.”
