MAXjet Airways, which began flying from New York to London on Nov. 1, has announced the introductory fare to celebrate its inaugural all-business-class service between the two capitals, beginning March 15. Atlantic City isn’t the only casino town on the East Coast for gambling, eating, sleeping and shopping in one place.
