K. Hovnanian Homes is building 148 condominium homes at Cameron Station, a planned community located within minutes of Old Town Alexandria’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The Unit M model, which has a loft, has 1,443 square feet and is priced from $439,990. This home features a foyer entrance leading into a two-story living room with a bay window and a door to the balcony. The adjacent kitchen has a pantry.

Options include flooring upgrades, Corian and granite counters, and upgraded appliances.
