Nationals scouting report: Tall, lanky left-hander with a frame that should fill out as he matures. He has an above-average fastball that is anywhere from 90-94. He has an above average power curveball. He has good feel for his changeup that should also be a plus pitch for him. He has nice, clean arm action and has worked on improving his delivery.
