Toll Brothers Inc. is building 3,440 single-family homes at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, including the Executives Collection on one-third-acre sites. The golf-course community has a sports pavilion, four swimming pools, miles of trails, a park, fishing piers and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, landscaping and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, five models feature four bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer and kitchen; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a soaking tub and separate shower in the master bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,960 to 3,680 finished square feet, with base prices from $677,975 to $739,975. Homeowner association fees are $151 per month.

The Harvard model, with 3,430 square feet, begins at $706,975. This home has a two-story foyer with entrances to the living room, powder room and study.

At the back of the house are an open kitchen and breakfast area with a step-down to the sunken two-story family room, which has a wall of windows; entertainment center; rear staircase and a fireplace. Nearby is a laundry room with a door to the three-car garage.

The master suite has a separate sitting room with columns, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second bedroom has a private bath, and the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.
