New in Virginia: Reserve at Stone Hill

The 36 single-family residences Camberley Homes is building at the Reserve at Stone Hill in Oak Hill in Fairfax County are Energy-Star-approved and inspected for state-of-the-art energy efficiency. Each home is on a quarter-acre site. Amenities include a playground, walking trails and a bird-watching habitat with benches. Each home has a brick or stone front, three sides with a brick water table, HardiePlank siding, maintenance-free windows, professional landscaping and a three-car garage.

The four models have four bedrooms; 3 1/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on each level; upgraded trim, including crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; and a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and a shower.

The homes have from 3,796 to 4,242 finished square feet, with base prices from the $1,000,000s. Homeowner association fees are $130 per month.

The main level has a formal living room and formal dining room with arched doorways; a family room with a fireplace and two walls of windows; an octagonal study with three walls of windows; a powder room and a center-island kitchen and breakfast area.
