Thomas Builders Inc. is building 52 town homes at Clements Woods in Lexington Park, just five minutes from the Patuxent River. The community is close to shopping centers, historic St. Mary’s City, the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum and the Point Lookout State Park Lighthouse and Civil War Museum.

Each home in this St. Mary’s County community will include stone accents on the facade, maintenance-free vinyl siding and professional landscaping.

Inside, each model features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths; 42-inch oak cabinets, a breakfast area, a pantry and a desk in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; walk-in closets; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; dual-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The Candleston model homes have 1,360 to 2,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $229,990 to $256,490. Homeowner association fees are $97 per month.

Each town home features a main-level entrance into a foyer defined by a column. This level has a great room, a powder room and a coat closet.

At the back of the house are the open kitchen and breakfast area, with a sliding glass door.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub and a separate shower. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.

Other options include a 10-foot rear extension, which adds a sitting room to the master suite and a family room on the main level.
