Gulick Group Inc. is building 30 single-family homes on 7,000- to 8,000-square-foot homesites at Brambleton in Ashburn, a planned community with swimming pools, tennis courts, walking paths, parks, a town center and high-speed Internet and cable service included in the homeowner-association fee.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick exterior with painted wood trim, a brick stoop and steps, a sodded or seeded lawn, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors on most of the main level, oak stairs, 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch wood cabinets, granite or Corian counters and upgraded appliances in the center-island kitchen; glazed tile floors in the baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,933 to 3,226 finished square feet, with base prices from $797,900 to $867,900. Homeowner-association fees are $159 per month.

The Ashcroft model has 3,226 square feet and is priced from $842,900 to $867,900. This home features a foyer leading into a two-story gallery, flanked by the living room and the dining room, which has a butler’s pantry.

The main level includes a library with two windows and an adjacent powder room. The family room has two walls of windows and opens into the morning room and the kitchen.
