A patch of grass outside FedEx Field again has been painted with Taylor’s No. 21 as a place where fans can leave tributes. The memorial is between Gate A and Gate H.

Campbell trusts young guns

Second-year players Devin Thomas, Malcolm Kelly and Fred Davis have caught 16 passes for 228 yards in the past three games, a trend of rising production that quarterback Jason Campbell said should continue.

“I’m trusting the young guys to be in the right spot and make plays,” he said. “I feel comfortable that they’ll do positive things, and it’s allowed me to play the game a little faster.”

Thomas has four receptions of more than 20 yards in the past four games. Kelly, meanwhile, had a career-long 36-yard catch last week.
