WASHINGTON | Runners will be hitting the streets in Washington this weekend for the National Marathon.
The race begins and ends Saturday at RFK Stadium and winds its way through six of the city’s eight wards.
Organizers say the race will cause intermittent street closures beginning at 6:45 a.m. Saturday. Organizers say vehicles can be parked along the race route, but will not be allowed to be moved once runners enter the area.
