OPINION:
The lack of action on Iran and its nuclear program demonstrates the naivete of the present U.S. administration. With his hesitation and words of appeasment, President Obama has only hastened the progress of that nation, not only to nuclear bomb attainment but also to long-range missile capabilityto deliver that lethal weapon.
Unfortunately, the weak wording and the effort to woo the rogue regimes of Iran, North Korea and Syria have had the opposite of the desired effect. They now perceive our nation as weak and having abandoned its long-term allies.
While the American people understand the message being sent to these nations, Mr. Obama and his cohorts do not. They continue the leisurely pace of talk as Iran not only threatens Israel now, but all of the Middle East and even parts of Europe with its soon-completed nuclear and long-range missile programs.
