This home’s foyer has a coat closet and a closet with a washer and dryer, a separate living room with a sliding glass door to the balcony, and a formal dining room with windows on two sides. The master bedroom has a private full bath, and the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom.
The first-level Berkshire and Canterbury models have a sunroom in place of the balcony.
