New in Maryland: The Addison

Bozzuto Homes is building 122 condominium homes at the Addison in Capitol Heights, a gated community with controlled-access buildings near the Addison Road Metro station, National Harbor and the shops and restaurants of the Boulevard at the Capital Centre.

The Addison, located in Prince George’s County, has a stone-and-vinyl exterior; a tot lot; and a clubhouse with an exercise room, a conference room and a lounge. Garages and storage units are available.

Inside, both models have two bedrooms, one or two full baths, wood-style laminate flooring in the foyer and kitchen, 9-foot ceilings, beech cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the baths, a full-size washer and dryer, low-E windows, a gas water heater and a balcony or sunroom.

The homes have 1,000 to 1,164 finished square feet, with base prices from $189,990 to $199,990. Condominium association fees are $137 to $159 per month.

The Berkshire model, with 1,000 square feet, is priced from $189,990. This home features a foyer entrance with a coat closet and a closet with a washer and dryer. The foyer opens into an open living and dining room with a sliding glass door to a balcony. The kitchen is next to the dining area and includes a breakfast bar.

The living room is between the bedrooms, which share a full bath.

The Canterbury model, with 1,164 square feet, is priced from $199,990. This home’s foyer has a coat closet and a closet with a washer and dryer, a separate living room with a sliding glass door to the balcony, and a formal dining room with windows on two sides. The master bedroom has a private full bath, and the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom.

The first-level Berkshire and Canterbury models have a sunroom in place of the balcony.
