9/11 conspirators’ military trial nears as charges refiled

Rep. Howard P. “Buck” McKeon, chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, welcomed the announcement.

“I agree that it is fitting that they be tried in a military commission at Guantanamo Bay,” the California Republican said. “It is time for judgment to be passed and long-delayed justice to be done.”
