NEW YORK (AP) - One Direction is on a new direction: a book deal.
The platinum-selling boy band has an agreement with HarperCollins for an authorized book, featuring exclusive interviews and the back story of the British quintet’s success. Harper announced Friday that “Dare to Dream: Life as One Direction” is coming out May 22. A sequel is planned for September 2013.
One Direction’s debut album, “Up All Night,” has been a No. 1 smash worldwide. A U.S. tour begins two days after the release of “Dare to Dream.”
