PARKVILLE, Md. (AP) - Maryland State Police say two teens escaped from a juvenile detention facility in Baltimore County, but one has been found.

Police say troopers were called to the Charles H. Hickey School in Parkville on Monday evening and learned that two 17-year-old students had scaled a fence and fled north. State and Baltimore County police searched the wooded area with aviation and police dog units.

Police say one teen was found near Waltham Woods Road after 10 p.m. He was taken to a hospital with injuries he received during the escape that aren’t thought to be life-threatening.
