PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - A federal judge has denied a request to order the Secretary of State to put two Constitution Party candidates on the November ballot.
KELO-TV (https://bit.ly/2aOQWMV) reports that U.S. District Judge Karen Schreier on Monday denied an injunction from Libertarian Party chairman Ken Santema and Lori Stacey of the Constitution Party.
The parties were attempting to get U.S. Senate candidate Kurt Evans and state House hopeful Wayne Schmidt on the general election ballot.
