MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - The Mobile Police Department has determined that a fatal stabbing at a Motel 6 was a domestic violence dispute.
According to AL.com (https://bit.ly/2b9kCnH) police responded Sunday morning at 6:30 to the hotel at 5488 Inn Road. Police say they found a 30-year-old man with stab wounds inside a room. Mobile Fire-Rescue pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Police say they have detained a woman as a person of interest in connection to the case but they have not released any other details.
