SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (AP) - Fort Huachuca officials say a piece of unexploded military ordnance has been found on a range on the Army base in Sierra Vista.

Base officials say the unexploded ordnance appears to be a live 105mm artillery round and that a disposal team from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson is expected to dispose of it late Wednesday morning.

Base officials say area residents may hear a loud noise at approximately 10:45 a.m.
