GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) - A teen in North Carolina has been charged with killing his father and another man.
Guilford County Sheriff’s Col. Randy Powers told local media that 19-year-old Sean Tyler Simmons of Greensboro is charged with killing Brian Kirk Simmons and Barry Dale Rodgers.
Powers says investigators don’t know why the men were killed. Powers says Sean Simmons was talking with deputies and then stopped and asked for a lawyer.
Deputies were called to a home in Greensboro around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. Brian Simmons and Rodgers were dead from gunshot wounds.
