Writing in The Washington Times on Tuesday, I called the U3 outfit behind a new breed of USB “flash” drives a trade group, which drew a rebuke from their PR firm:
U3 is not a “trade group,” but an independent company backed by SanDisk and msystems. U3 partners with USB flash hardware vendors who build U3 smart drives and with software developers who create U3 smart applications.
Mea culpa, U3! Just one question: What does Bono think of that U3 handle?
