Craftstar Homes Inc. is building 110 town homes at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, a gated golf-course community with resort-style amenities including 24-hour security, concierge services and a planned clubhouse with a swimming pool, fitness center and lighted tennis courts.

Future plans also call for a community bus to the Largo Metro station.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Each home features three bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; volume ceilings on the upper level; a gas fireplace; birch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a high-tech wiring system, and Energy Star-certified gas heat and central air conditioning systems.

The Arlington model has about 2,500 finished square feet, and base prices start at $349,900. Homeowner association fees are $135 per month.

The Arlington model features a ground-floor entrance with steps to the finished recreation room and the upper level. Buyers can add a wet bar, loft, bath, fireplace and computer desk to this level.

The main level has an open living room and dining room and a powder room. At the back of the house, the open kitchen and family room can be accessorized with an electric fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath.
