New in Virginia: Cameron Station Condos

K. Hovnanian Homes is building 148 condominium homes at Cameron Station, a planned community located within minutes of Old Town Alexandria's shops, restaurants and waterfront. The community includes brick sidewalks, a lake, tot lots, parks, bike paths and a Main Street with shops. Residents can enjoy a swimming pool, fitness center, conference center and concierge services.

Each condominium building has a masonry and cement-siding exterior, with a landscaped interior courtyard.

This home has a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private full bath, plus a second bedroom and second full bath and a laundry room.

The Unit M model, which has a loft, has 1,443 square feet and is priced from $439,990. This home features a foyer entrance leading into a two-story living room with a bay window and a door to the balcony. The adjacent kitchen has a pantry.

Options include flooring upgrades, Corian and granite counters, and upgraded appliances.
