NVHomes is building 11 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Wilton Hill in Alexandria, near the Cameron Run Regional Park and Landmark Mall. Residents are minutes from the shops, restaurants and boats in Old Town Alexandria.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will have a brick front and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; up to 4½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; Palladian windows; fireplaces in the family room and study; 42-inch maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; and a master suite with walk-in closets and a bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 3,500 to 3,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $799,990. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Jamison model, with 3,500 square feet, is priced from $799,990. This home features open living and dining rooms elevated a few steps up from the two-story foyer.

The main level also has a study, a powder room, and a family room with an 11-foot ceiling, decorative columns and a gas fireplace flanked by windows. The open center-island kitchen and breakfast area has a walk-in pantry.
