Williamsburg Homes LLC is building seven single-family homes on sites that range from 7,487 square feet to 1 acre at Fairwood in Bowie, a planned community with a swimming pool, meeting and party rooms, volleyball and tennis courts, a putting green, walking trails, tot lots and a shopping center.

The builder is offering $10,000 toward closing costs with the use of an approved lender and title company.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include maintenance-free twin 4.5-inch siding and a two-car garage.

All six models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 or 31/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room; 8- and 9-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak or maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile floors in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath with ceramic tile floors, a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; and Energy Star certification for energy efficiency.

The homes have about 2,424 to 3,212 finished square feet, and prices range from $449,900 to $979,900. Homeowner association fees are based on an appraised value.

The Wetherburn model has 3,098 square feet and is priced from $489,900 to $494,900. This home features a two-story foyer with columns.

The main level also has a library, a powder room, a laundry room and, across the back of the home, an open center-island kitchen, breakfast area and family room with columns and a fireplace.
