Clarksburg Village, a 775-acre planned Montgomery County community with 25 percent of the land designated as open space, is getting 87 more single-family residences from Craftmark Homes Inc. These homes are on 7,000- to 9,000-square-foot sites. Amenities include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, community center, ball fields, trails and tot lots. Plans also call for a village center. Each home will include a brick foundation in the front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded yard and a two-car garage.

All seven models have four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floor in the foyer; oak stairs; 8-foot-4 to 9-foot ceilings; recessed lighting; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble hearth and surround 42-inch birch cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and a shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; gas heat and hot water. The homes have 2,646 to 4,275 finished square feet, with base prices from $588,900 to $660,900. Homeowner association fees are $72 per month.

The Oakton Alternate model, with 4,275 square feet, is priced from $645,900. This home has a two-story foyer flanked by the study and living room. Columns separate the living room and formal dining room. The main level has a step-down family room with two walls of windows, a breakfast area with a bay window, an open kitchen, laundry room and powder room. The master suite upstairs has a sitting room, walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second bedroom has a bath; the other bedrooms share a connecting bath.
