Miller & Smith LLC is building 51 single-family homes at Woodcrest in Clarksburg, adjacent to the Little Bennett Regional Park. The community includes open space with walking and biking trails, a picnic pavilion and a children’s play area.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a Craftsman-style exterior with low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms and 2 1/2baths; hardwood floors; 10-foot ceilings; 42-inch cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic wall tiles in the full baths; a high-tech wiring system; energy-efficient central air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,500 to 3,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $479,990 to $502,990. Homeowner association fees are $75 to $95 per month.

The Rhapsody model from the 1920s Collection has 2,500 square feet and is priced from $479,990.

Inside, the foyer has a tray ceiling. On either side of the foyer are the formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level also includes a study with optional doors and built-in bookshelves, along with a half bath and a butler’s pantry. The center-island kitchen is open to a breakfast area and the family room, which has two walls of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with an oversized shower and two separate vanities. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
