Miller & Smith LLC is building 51 single-family homes at Woodcrest in Clarksburg, adjacent to the Little Bennett Regional Park. The community includes open space with walking and biking trails, a picnic pavilion and a children’s play area.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a Craftsman-style exterior with low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.
