Cypress Homes is building 109 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Belmont Crest in Upper Marlboro, a community with walking trails, tennis courts and picnic areas. Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

All eight models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a security system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,390 to 4,623 finished square feet, with base prices from $399,990 to $699,900. Homeowner association fees are $640 per year.

The Redwood model, with 3,004 square feet, is priced from $429,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by a study and a formal living room. Decorative columns flank the entrance from the living room into the formal dining room. Across the back of the home are the family room, breakfast area and center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a reading niche with an optional window seat, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Four more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level. An alternate floor plan expands the master suite and has one less bedroom.
