America’s Morning News

THE WASHINGTON TIMES

In case you didn’t tune into The Washington Times’ nationally syndicated radio show “America’s Morning News” - heard in Washington on WTNT-AM 570 and coast-to-coast via the Talk Radio Network - here’s what two of Thursday’s guests told co-hosts Melanie Morgan and John McCaslin:

- Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Georgia Republican and author of “To Try Men’s Souls: A Novel of George Washington and the Fight for American Freedom”: Opining that America is in need of a great leader such as George Washington, Mr. Gingrich left open the possibility of a 2012 presidential bid, saying he will announce his decision in early 2011.

- Robert Tracinski, editor of the Intellectual Activist and TIADaily.com: Mr. Tancinski said despite President Obama’s reassurances, don’t think a government-run health care system would not include so-called death panels, which would decide the fate of the elderly and infants.
