Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a front gable, 6 1/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature four bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; recessed lighting; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak raised-panel cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; a security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,451 to 3,859 finished square feet, with base prices from $396,990 to $484,990. Homeowner association fees are $40 per month.

The Somerset model, with 3,421 square feet, is priced from $451,990. This home features a foyer leading to a central two-story hall with a staircase. Columns define the living room and dining room.

The back of the home is wrapped in windows from the corner study to the two-story family room to the breakfast room and kitchen. This level also has a laundry room, half bath and walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with three walls of windows, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
