How did you get started in real estate? When I bought my first home in the early ‘80s, I thought, “This is the perfect job for me!”
Licenses and designations: Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, the District and California; member of the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce; previews international specialist; Top Producer, Great Falls-McLean Coldwell Banker Office; featured Washington Realtor team in many publications; accredited buyers representative; certified relocation specialist; International President’s Club; Northern Virginia Association of Realtors’ Multimillion Dollar Top Producer Club
Associations: National Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Metropolitan Regional Information System
Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: Having my son, Dustin Milan, join my team. It’s a joy to work with him and enjoy his company daily! He is very energetic, and handles issues from follow-ups to most of our marketing matters. With his detail-oriented character, I am confident we are consistently on top of all our clients’ real estate needs.
What is your area of specialty? Listing and selling luxury homes, primarily in Northern Virginia and Montgomery County and select Washington areas.
Most memorable house: A home that wasn’t in the best location. However, it was a truly beautiful home that took a very specific marketing strategy to get it sold.
Worst experience buying or selling a house: Every time I buy or sell a home for myself I have the natural human emotion of buyer’s/seller’s remorse!
