NV Homes is building 300 town homes on 3,000-square-foot home sites at the Avonlea Grand Town Residences in Chantilly, a community with a swimming pool, recreation center, tennis courts and walking trails. Avonlea is near the East Gate Market Place, Stone Ridge and South Riding.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, each model features three finished levels with three bedrooms; two full baths; a powder room; hardwood flooring in the powder room and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown moldings; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring and granite vanity tops in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; recessed lighting; a high-tech wiring system; a finished lower-level recreation room; and gas heat.

The McCormick model homes have 2,937 finished square feet, with base prices from $424,990. Homeowner association fees are $125 per month.

Each home includes a lower-level entrance foyer and a second rear entry. The lower level includes a finished recreation room, two coat closets, a linen closet, a utility room and a storage room.

The main level has an open living room and dining room defined by columns. The dining room has a tray ceiling. At the back of this level are a powder room, a family room, a breakfast area and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include a 10-foot extension that adds 500 additional square feet, a gas fireplace, and a study or bedroom and full bath on the lower level.
