Miller & Smith is building 74 town homes in the Grand Vista Collection at Brambleton in Loudoun County, a planned community with clubhouses, a summer concert series, family activities, a sport and health club, parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, sports fields, tennis courts and a town center.

Each home has a stucco front with brick accents, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room and kitchen; 10-foot ceilings on the main level and 9-foot ceilings on the upper and lower levels; 42-inch beech flat-panel cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath with ceramic tile flooring and a glass-enclosed shower; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; low-E windows and a gas water heater.

The homes have approximately 2,900 to 3,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $424,990 to $444,990. Homeowner association fees are $177 per month.

The Sienna model, with 2,900 square feet, is priced from $424,990. This home features a brick stoop leading to the first-floor entrance foyer. The Sienna has an open floor plan in the back of the home with a dining room, great room and center-island kitchen with a pantry and a wall of windows.

A few steps lead to the library, which has three windows, a closet and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
