“You get a guy like Dan, he’s coming in around a pretty young staff,” said LaRoche, who played with Haren in Arizona in 2010. “I think guys are going to be picking his brain. I think it will be proven on the mound. Just the way he goes about his business can’t help but rub off on guys.”
