GREENWOOD, Miss. (AP) - A third suspect has been arrested in the Aug. 16 shooting death of D’Alandis Love.
Leflore County Sheriff Ricky Banks tells The Greenwood Commonwealth (https://bit.ly/1JgJfEO ) that Jacarius Keys turned himself in Tuesday. Keys is charged with firstdegree murder. He is being held in the county jail pending an initial court hearing. It is not clear if he has an attorney.
Two other Greenwood men - Michael Holland and David Reedy - were arrested on the day of the fatal shooting. Each is charged with firstdegree murder. They remain in the jail.
Love was reportedly travelling in a car with three other men when it was repeatedly fired upon from. The vehicle left the roadway and went into a ditch, where it began to burn.
Love was pronounced dead at the scene.
