DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a woman has died and another man was injured in a two-vehicle in southeast Alabama.
Alabama Highway Patrol tells the Dothan Eagle (https://bit.ly/1OjF5of ) that the crash killed 44-year-old Cindy C. Knight after the crash Saturday. Authorities say Knight’s Nissan collided head-on with a Toyota driven by 29-year-old Tyler Walding.
Knight was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on Alabama Highway 52 at the 51.4 mile marker.
Walding was taken to a local hospital for treatment to his injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by troopers with the Alabama Highway Patrol.
