GREENVILLE, Maine (AP) - A grand jury in Maine has declined to bring charges in the killing of a Greenville man last summer.

The Maine medical examiner’s office concluded the death of 32-year-old George Bradford Woodbury III was a homicide after determining he died from “asphyxiation with compression of chest and neck.” But WABI-TV reports that a grand jury declined to bring any charges.

Maine state police say there was an altercation at a rental property.

Police say paramedics found Woodbury non-responsive at cabins near Beaver Cove late on June 25, 2016. The paramedics were responding to a 911 call about a fight.
