The Stanton III model, priced from $161,490, has a lower-level entrance with an optional two-story foyer, a one-car garage, a front living room and open dining room, and a rear kitchen and breakfast nook with a pantry and laundry room.
Options available include two or three-story sun room additions, gas fireplaces, decks, patios, bay windows, hardwood flooring, French doors, additional bathrooms and other upgrades.
