Craftstar Homes is building 56 town house condominiums at Jefferson Park in Fairfax County, one mile from the Dunn Loring Metro station and Fairfax Hospital, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. A swim-ming pool, clubhouse and hiking trails are available to residents.

Each town house will include maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a one-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, each of the two models will include three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, vaulted or 8-foot, 4-inch ceilings on the upper level, a ceramic tile foyer, crown moldings, raised panel doors, a gourmet kitchen with 42-inch cabinets and a pantry, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and gas heat. The monthly con-dominium fee is $148.

The Jefferson model, with 2,300 square feet, is priced from $238,900. This model features a main-level entrance and a rear-garage entrance, a rear kitchen with a breakfast room and a family room, a dining room defined by columns, a living room and a powder room on the main level.

The upper level includes three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, a laundry room and two full baths. An alternate floor plan includes dormer windows on the secondary bedrooms.

The Madison model, with 1,600 square feet, is priced from $206,900. This model features a main-level entrance into the open living room and dining room, and a rear kitchen with an adjacent entrance to the garage. Upstairs are three bedrooms placed around a central family room, with two full baths and a laundry room. An alternate floor plan replaces the third bedroom with an extended family room.

Options available include room extensions, fireplaces, a luxury master bath, bay windows and decks.
