NVHomes is building 85 single-family houses on lots of a quarter-acre to a third-acre in Glenbrook in Middletown, where residents can enjoy 18 holes of golf and a clubhouse with a bistro, a grill, a pro shop and banquet facilities.

Each home in this Frederick County community will feature a brick front, a brick stoop, 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, 2½ baths, nine-foot ceilings on the first and second floor, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, three-piece crown moldings, a gas fireplace with a marble surround, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen, gas hot water, a humidifier and two-zone gas heat.

The homes have about 2,667 to 3,420 finished square feet, with base prices from $374,990 to $424,990 in Phase I.

The Falconcrest model, with 2,794 square feet, is priced from $394,990. This newly designed model has a first-floor master suite on a large floor plan. This home features an open floor plan with columns, a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, and a two-story family room open to the center-island kitchen and breakfast area. The first-floor master suite has a tray ceiling, an oversized walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity. A laundry room is off the garage.

Upstairs, three more bedrooms share a hall bath. A bonus room and extra bath can be added to this level, and a morning room can be added to the main level.

Options include finished lower levels, morning rooms, conservatories, built-ins and bay windows.
