National Capital Model Soldier Society. Meets fourth Tuesday of every month at Immanuel United Methodist Church, 7901 Heritage Drive, Annandale. Focus on building and painting figures. Vice President Charles Honour says attendees are everyone from model painters to collectors to people who just want to look at the miniature soldiers.
