Washington Homes is building 800 town homes at the Crossing at Chaddsford in Brandywine, a planned community where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse, a nature trail, a lake, a fitness trail, picnic areas and preserved woodlands.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include vinyl siding and a sodded lawn, and one model includes a one-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, both models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; white ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds in all baths; a recreation room on the lower level; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $192,990 to the high $200,000s.

The Adams model, with 2,100 square feet, is priced from $192,990. Buyers of this model can choose from among three alternate floor plans, each including a powder room.

The floor plans include one with an open living room and dining room and with a rear kitchen and breakfast area, another with a front eat-in kitchen and a central dining room open to the living room, and a third, more formal plan with a front dining room, a central kitchen and a separate living room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity. Two more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.

The lower level includes a finished recreation room and laundry room.

Options include finished lower-level dens and bathrooms, bay windows and gas fireplaces.
