Ryan Homes is building 384 single-family houses at Cross Creek Club in Calverton, where residents can enjoy 18 holes of golf, swimming, tennis and walking trails, as well as a location within commuting distance of both Washington and Baltimore.

Each home in this community on the border of Prince George’s and Montgomery counties will include a brick front, professional landscaping, a sodded front yard, a post light and a two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all nine models feature four bedrooms; 2 or 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; archways with cased trim; oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds; gas heat; gas hot water; and a security system.

The homes have from 1,998 to 3,694 finished square feet, with base prices from $393,900 to $495,900.

The Waverly model, with 3,189 square feet, is priced from $460,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by a study and an open living room and dining room with optional columns.

The dining room has an optional tray ceiling. The center-island kitchen has a pantry and an expansive breakfast area that opens onto the two-story family room.

A fireplace and entertainment center can be added to the family room, which has a rear staircase to the upper level. A laundry room and storage room link the garage and the kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling; a sitting area; a walk-in closet; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a double-bowl vanity. Three more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.

The second floor can be expanded with a bonus room over a one-level family room, an expanded master suite over a three-car garage, and a third bath over a closed foyer.
