Pulte Homes is building 91 traditional Colonial-style single-family homes at Heatherbrook in Fairfax, where residents can enjoy walking trails, tot lots and a gazebo.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will be built on a quarter-acre lot and will include a brick front with architectural details, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; a hardwood staircase; crown, shadowbox and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch cabinets, ceramic-tile flooring and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; dual-zone gas heat; and gas hot water.

The homes have 3,202 to 4,022 finished square feet, with base prices from $623,900 to $676,900.
